Each child/ family will receive a personalised, jovial, HD-quality video message from Santa to each child, providing legal consent from a parent/guardian has been sought.
Recorded in the comfort of Santa's own home, with either Mrs Claus or an Elf and maybe Rudolf or his friends may make an appearance.
A pre-filming questionnaire will need to be completed for each child/family to ensure the film is as personalised as possible.
